What we collect on this site, why we need it and how to ask us to delete it.
01Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how Red Studio handles personal data on red-studio.online: when you browse the site, send us the brief or contact us through Telegram or WhatsApp. By using the site and sending the brief, you agree to this policy.
02What we collect
What you enter in the brief: company name, website, what you need, budget, a description of the task, your name, your contact in Telegram, WhatsApp or by phone, and your email.
What the site sends with the brief: how you arrived (the first page of your visit, the referring site and utm tags), how many pages you viewed and for how long, which button led you to the brief, your device type, screen and window size, browser language and time zone.
How the brief was filled in: time spent on each field, edits and pastes, the errors you saw and how many times you pressed send. It helps us find and fix what gets in the way.
If you start the brief and leave without sending it, we only record which fields were filled in and where you stopped, never the text you typed.
What our hosting provider adds: your IP address and the approximate location it gives (country, region, city), your internet provider, browser and operating system.
We do not collect payment details, documents or any special categories of personal data.
03Cookies and analytics
The site does not use cookies or advertising pixels. Details of your visit are kept in your browser's session storage only until you close the tab, and reach us only together with the brief.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not follow you across other sites.
04Why we use it
- to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and a proposal, and to sign and carry out a contract;
- to understand where our clients come from and to improve the site and the brief;
- to protect the site and the form from spam and abuse, for example by limiting repeated submissions from one IP address.
We do not send newsletters, and we never sell or rent your data.
05Legal grounds
- your consent, which you give by sending the brief;
- steps you ask us to take before signing a contract, and the contract itself;
- our legitimate interest in analytics, security and spam protection.
06Where the data is kept and who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, receives the brief, stores it in a private database and counts visits;
- Telegram delivers a copy of each brief to a private channel of our team, so that we can reply quickly;
- jsDelivr, a content delivery network, serves one of the site's scripts and sees your IP address, as any web server does.
These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. Links to Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp lead to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
07Transfers outside the UAE
Our providers run servers in different countries, so your data may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates, and only as far as needed to run the site and handle your request.
08How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as the purposes above require: while we discuss and carry out a project, and afterwards to understand where our requests come from. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
09How we protect it
The site works only over HTTPS. Briefs are stored in a private database and a private Telegram channel, and only our team has access to them.
10Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw your consent. Write to design@redprop.online and we will reply. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you.
11Changes and governing law
We may update this policy; the current version is always at red-studio.online/privacy. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
